OPEN CLASS ROOTS Teacher Gathering 2020

 I’m happy to organize, participate, and travel to Munich for the third year in a row for the 2020 Bowspring Teacher Gathering. The cold air in Munich in January is a great inspiration, a total sensitizing experience as we wake up our winter practice.  

My Saturday open class is The Roots Level 2 (Workshop). 10 - 12.30 h A liquid is a state of material without a particular form: it changes easily and is defined by the container that it’s in. Instead of creating a fixed form, let’s journey into flowing with the body-mind-heart alongside the naturalness of the Bowspring practice. This way, through opening, we can’t help but reprogram and overcome any difficulties we encounter. The nature of the Bowspring is to transform the body-mind. With this as our basis, we will explore the Roots Basic sequence that is composed of 55 poses divided in 6 sets. Together we will talk…
